Prince Edward County Wedding at Hinterland Winery

This Prince Edward County Wedding at Hinterland Winery has been of my favourites so far this year for many reasons that I will list below

1.It was a winery that served only sparkling wine and beer… need I say more?

2.I was hired for just over one hour to capture just a few portraits and the ceremony, so short and simple. Also this whole intimate affair was planned just weeks ahead of time.

3.Paula & Mike and their little girl were so welcoming and friendly and also absolutely beautiful, clients like this make my job more then enjoyable.

4.They had an oyster bar.

5.It was a gorgeous sunny day out and I got to drive up early with a good friend and our children and spend the day at the beach before shooting this wedding.

I really loved everything about this wedding, I feel like I probably say that a lot, but when I have such grateful, warm, awesome, happy clients, and beautiful venues I don’t know how I couldn’t love it all. Also this was the very first wedding ever hosted at this new winery and they pulled it off seamlessly. After I was done shooting I went inside for a free tasting and I left with a few bottles of their incredible sparkling wine and would for sure recommend stopping in for a tasting if you are in the area, or even if you aren’t you should make a point of checking it out one day. I have a few more weddings in this area of Ontario this summer and I can’t wait for them. Prince Edward county is so rich and full of a variety of backdrops from wineries to sand dunes, to amazing views of lake Ontario, I would be more then happy to shoot in this area all the time!
